Do you accept insurance?
Yes! I accept most major insurance providers including United Healthcare, UMR, Optum, Oscar, Oxford, Aetna, Anthem BCBS, Cigna, Quest Behavioral Health, and Carelon Behavioral Health.
What are your cash pay rates?
My sessions are 55 minutes in length and my cash rate is $180/session.

When I'm able to, I will negotiate my rate.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
I require 24 hours notice in order to cancel an appointment. Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged a $75 late cancellation fee. If you "no show", meaning you do not cancel an appointment, do not show up for an appointment, and do not respond when I reach out, then you are responsible for the full session fee of $180. Insurance does not allow billing for cancellations or "no shows" so the client is fully responsible for these fees.
When do you typically see clients?
My weekly schedule is typically M-Th 11am-7pm and Fridays from 11am-4pm.
